Responsibilities:
- Manages the recruitment and selection of activities that require qualified applicants to fill job vacancies on time.
- Conducts employee procedures from on-boarding to off-boarding.
- Develops and implements policies.
- Implements effective records and documentation in all HR processes.
- Manages employee databases.
- Provides advisory to line, middle, and senior managers on performance-related matters.
- Coordinates goal setting and performance reviews.
- Analyzes training needs in conjunction with the project managers. Ensures that the Learning and Development activities are taken up on priority within the organization and coordinates such effort.
- Implements company-wide communication, events, and activities for the employees.
- Deals with grievances and implements disciplinary procedures.
- Assists on employee concerns pertaining to payroll disputes and benefits.
- Monitors and facilitates the company’s compliance with the policies and regulations under state labor laws.
- Conducts regular ocular inspection on company premises.
- Maintains 201 files.
- Performs related works as required but not limited to Administration, Finance, and Human Resources matters.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or any related degree.
- With experience in Company Policies & Procedures, Employee and Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
- With more than 5+ years’ experience in the general HR functions.
- With exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships within the team.
- Well-developed administration, organization, and HR operation skills with strong attention to details.
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Has excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detailed understanding of current employment laws and legislation.
- Experienced in interpreting and implementing legislation, policies, guidelines, regulations, and strategies regarding employment and industrial relations.
