Receptionist

JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service. The ideal candidate is a courteous and well-organized individual with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, creating a warm and professional environment. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings. Handle guest inquiries, provide information, and respond to requests promptly. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain office security by controlling access to the premises and keeping a log of visitors. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably with at least 6 months working experience in managing reservations
