Receptionist Position Description
The position is responsible to ensure that all activities at the Front Desk operate seamlessly using the available tools and standard procedures. It is required that confidentiality and data protection is always in mind when performing the job in particular with dealing with external calls and visitors. It is highly expected that front desk is always timely manned based from the defined operation hours. Your future duties and responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for the company and expected to promote professional image of the company at all times.
• Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Keeping the awareness on members and client confidentiality and data protection.
• Serving clients/visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
• Sorting and distribution of daily post/deliveries/couriers
• Company ID creation and biometric enrollment
• Manage the Meeting Room booking tool and provide timely resolution on meeting room reservations when conflict arises." Required qualifications to be successful in this role
* At least 2 years college of Business Administration or other related courses
* Previous experience in a Front office handling receptionist responsibility (Not a must but an advantage)
* Above average oral and written communication
* Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize to ensure daily deliverables are being met
