The Receptionist – Executive Lobby serves as first point of contract for executives, clients, partners, and guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidence in English communication, and experience working closely with executives. The ideal candidate ensures a welcoming, organized, and discreet front-of-house environment that reflects the company’s executive standards. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist executives, VIPs, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage executive lobby operations, always ensuring a polished and orderly reception area.
- Receive, screen, and endorse visitors following company security and access protocols.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and documents.
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed by executives and management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front desk in a corporate or executive setting.
- Experience working closely with executives or senior management is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Highly professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
