Temporary Receptionist

• Operates office trunk line and ensures immediate transfer to the called party.
• Responsible for the courteous receiving of all visitors and issues the visitor’s ID.
• Attends to the paging system.
• Maintains an organized reception area and updates the notice boards.
• Facilitates the issuance of employment, Philhealth, SSS and other certificates as may be required.
• Records incoming courier and forwards them to staff. Including invoices and records them in the invoice monitoring system.
• Monitors the neatness of conference room/s, storage and family rooms.
• Receives and series incoming invoices and distributes to appropriate department or personnel for processing.
• May be assigned with other equitable errands as required.

Requirements

Education: 4-year course graduate

Experience: 1-year work experience preferred.
