Compensation and Benefits Specialist

- Provides centralized HR services on government-mandated benefits such as SSS, EC, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Ensures timely facilitation and processing of employees' applications for government loans and all other government-mandated benefits.
- Coordinates with payroll on remittances/reimbursements from different government agencies.
- Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of HR programs relating to government-mandated benefits and local benefits programs.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or a similar field.
- Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in Payroll and benefits.
- Knowledgeable in compliance with different government offices.
- Can administer compensation and benefits.
- With a high degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.
