HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist Position Description
The HR Reporting and Analytics Specialist is responsible for delivering accurate and timely HR and Talent Acquisition reporting, workforce analytics, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the Human Resources function. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop reports, monitor key HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements. The role also ensures data integrity, supports workforce planning initiatives, and drives continuous improvement through reporting automation and analytics. • Data Collection & Analysis

• Develop, maintain, and automate HR and Talent Acquisition reports, dashboards, and scorecards to provide timely visibility into workforce and recruitment performance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to support business reviews, workforce planning, and decision-making.
• Analyze HR and recruitment metrics, including headcount, attrition, hiring activity, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline health, recruiter productivity, offer acceptance rate, and other workforce KPIs.
• Interpret HR and recruitment data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvement initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using advanced Microsoft Excel and other reporting platforms.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR and recruitment data across Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systems, trackers, and reporting databases.
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into meaningful reports and analytics.
• Produce executive-level reports and presentations summarizing key HR and Talent Acquisition metrics, trends, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with HR reporting standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and data governance requirements.
• Support HR projects, audits, and strategic initiatives by providing accurate data analysis and reporting.
• Stay current with HR analytics best practices, labor market trends, reporting technologies, and data visualization techniques. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in HR reporting, HR analytics, Talent Acquisition reporting, workforce analytics, or HR operations within a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment.
• Experience supporting HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR leadership through reporting and workforce analytics is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition metrics, reporting methodologies, and workforce planning concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
- XLOOKUP
- INDEX/MATCH
- Macro
- Power Query
- Power Pivot
- Advanced formulas
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Dashboard creation and automation
• Experience using HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and reporting platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights to HR leaders and business stakeholders.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple reporting requirements while meeting deadlines.
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience in reporting automation and process optimization.
• Willing to work a mid-shift schedule under a hybrid work arrangement based in McKinley, Taguig.
