What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and store condition to ensure proper maintenance and availability.
- Manage cash handling, sales reports, and other administrative tasks accurately.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Analyze branch performance and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor standards, and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail, food service, or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
