- Lead and mentor a team of staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to maintain loyalty.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, Strong work ethic, Teamwork and collaboration, Problem-solving abilities, Customer management skills
