We are looking for a hands-on Store Supervisor / Branch Supervisor to oversee daily store operations,
including inventory, cashiering audits, stock ordering, and team supervision.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of the store and stockroom
- Prepare and validate cashiering, sales, and inventory reports
- Handle stock ordering (regular and urgent) and monitor deliveries
- Ensure accurate receiving of stocks (quantity and quality check)
- Manage corporate orders and coordinate with suppliers/branches
- Supervise staff, provide guidance, and ensure smooth workflow
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with accounting for reports and collections
- Qualifications:
- With experience in retail/store operations or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on-site
