Role Overview

The Offline Trading Manager will help manage and oversee I-Jin International Inc.’s offline retail business in the Philippines. The role covers retail account management, sales analysis, reporting, product listings, store expansion, replenishment, ingress, merchandising, promotions, inventory coordination, brand coordination, and management updates.

The position will work with major retail partners such as Watsons, LOOK, SM Beauty, Landmark, Mitsukoshi Beauty, Landers, Shopwise/TMP, KKV, The Colorist, Oh!Some, Chimes, and other current or future retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day offline trading operations and retail accounts.
• Coordinate with buyers, category managers, merchandising teams, and store teams.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance by retailer, brand, SKU, and branch.
• Review sell-in, sell-out, scan sales, replenishment, inventory movement, and stock performance.
• Identify best sellers, slow movers, sales declines, out-of-stock risks, and growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, campaign, and ad hoc sales reports.
• Provide clear and proactive updates to the Country Director, CEO, COO, and brand principals.
• Maintain and continuously update Offline Trading information in Notion , including listings, space plans, ingress, replenishment, promotions, branch status, pending approvals, deadlines, and next actions.
• Manage new SKU listings, assortment updates, store expansion, and merchandising requirements.
• Coordinate inventory, replenishment, deliveries, ingress, RTVs, and stock concerns with internal teams.
• Develop and coordinate promotions, bundles, GWPs, seasonal campaigns, and retail activities.
• Monitor promotional and event performance and prepare post-campaign analysis.
• Coordinate requirements and reports for Korean brand principals.
• Follow up all pending requirements until completion and escalate important risks or delays immediately.
• Support the Country Director in negotiations, commercial planning, and retail expansion.
• Work closely with Sales, Inventory, Fulfillment, Finance, Admin, Regulatory, Marketing, and Multimedia teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Retail, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, Retail Sales, FMCG, Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, Distribution, or Consumer Goods.
• Experience handling major Philippine retail accounts is highly preferred.
• Experience with Watsons, SM Retail, LOOK, department stores, supermarkets, or beauty retailers is a strong advantage.
• Strong sales analysis and reporting skills.
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-through.
• Able to manage multiple brands, accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Willing to conduct store visits and attend retail activities when required.
