Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience as general manager.
- knowledgeable in Mathematics, Strategies is a plus.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, warehousing, and inventory management to reduce downtime.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure company profitability.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
- Over-all control in Management
- Over-all control with Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Assistant Supervisors and workers
