General Accounting Staff

- Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Record and monitor financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and other accounting entries.
- Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) reports and provide accounting support for financial analysis.
- Assist external auditors during audit engagements by preparing required documents, schedules, and supporting files.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and ensure timely tax compliance.
- Monitor tax deadlines and maintain compliance with Philippine tax regulations.
- Review invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Management, Finance, or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping, accounting procedures, and financial reporting.
- Familiar with BIR filing requirements and Philippine tax compliance.
- Experience in the preparation of tax returns, financial statements, and audit requirements.
- Knowledgeable in preparing Profit and Loss (P&L) reports and account reconciliations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a resident of Cavite area only .
