・成長戦略策定、収益向上、業務効率化の実行
・予算管理、コストコントロール、財務報告など利益確保に関する業務
・スタッフの採用・育成・メンタリング、改善文化の醸成
・会社方針、安全基準、法令順守の徹底
・サプライヤー・取引先との交渉業務
・経営全般の統括
・アシスタントマネージャー、スーパーバイザー、スタッフとの連携統括

求める人材
10年以上の製造業での管理職経験(マネジメント、分析力、戦略立案スキル）
工学、経営学、または関連分野の学士号があれば尚可
