Salary: Php 30,000 - 35,000 gross

? Other Benefits will further be discuss JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Collaborated closely with the Manager to oversee daily operations, maintaining a seamless and efficient workflow across all production shifts.
? Monitor production output and conduct analyses to identify opportunities for improving productivity and operational efficiency.
? Monitor machines closely and work with maintenance to keep equipment running at full capacity.
? Plan, allocate, and schedule manpower to meet production requirements and maximize workforce efficiency.
? Examine final goods and raw materials to make sure they adhere to tight specifications. Recruitment Process:

? At least 2 years of experience in manpower handling and team supervision is preferred.
? 5 years of experience in molding processes.
? Knowledgeable in production machinery, assembly tools, and factory equipment.
? Possess a strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
