Description - Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees.
- Assess training needs and develop effective training solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Provide coaching and support to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to engage and motivate audiences
- Qualities and Traits: Patient and adaptable with a passion for teaching
