We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our flip-flop/footwear brand in stores, events, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will embody the brand’s fun, active, and stylish personality — helping customers connect with the brand through great product knowledge and excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and represent the brand at in-store displays, events, mall activations, and marketing campaigns.
- Engage customers with energy and confidence, highlighting product features and benefits.
- Maintain a positive brand image and ensure all materials and displays follow brand standards.
- Assist customers in selecting products that fit their style and comfort needs.
- Support sales and marketing goals by encouraging product trials and purchases.
- Participate in photo/video shoots or social media promotions (if required).
- Provide feedback from customers and events to the marketing or sales team.
- Handle product samples and inventory during activations or promos.
Qualifications:
- Atleast Senior High School graduate or College Level (Marketing, Communications, or any related field preferred).
- With or without experience — experience in sales, retail, or promotions is an advantage.
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality ; comfortable speaking to customers.
- Must have good communication skills and a neat, presentable appearance.
- Able to work during weekends, holidays, or mall hours (depending on events).
- Willing to be assigned in malls or partner stores within [city/area, e.g., La Union / Region
