Brand ambassadors help build awareness for your products or services through advertising. Represent the company and engage with current and potential customers in person .
Common duties include:
- Representing your brand positively
- Developing to promote your brand and its offerings
- Informing and educating customers about the brand and product features
- Discussing your brand with audience members
- Engage with potential customers and create a positive image of the company
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate how products or services work
- Keep a professional appearance and uphold the company’s reputation at all times
Qualification :
- Preferably with pleasing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Stay informed of industry trends by attending events
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication arts or any 4-year course
- Networking abilities
- Good costumer engagement skills
