Brand Ambassador

· Provides excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations, and answers to customer queries.
· Maintain and grow the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement,t and regular communication with customers
· Meets monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products
· Process sales transactions.
· Maintain inventory and keep the sales floor organized, clean, and comfortable.
· Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.
· With at least 2 years of college-level
· With at least 1 year of retail experience. Experience in handling a luxury men’s brand is a plus.
· With a strong understanding of sales, customer service, and inventory management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
· Goal-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
· Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila locations such are BGC, Pasay and Makati on shifting schedules with a six (6) day work schedule.
· Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays.
