REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience coordinating with local and international suppliers.
• With experience working in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Review purchase requests and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare, process, and coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and internal departments.
• Liaise with China-based suppliers, customs agents, and logistics partners regarding shipment schedules, delivery updates, and procurement concerns.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service for the company.
• Track orders and resolve procurement issues, including shortages, delayed deliveries, order changes, and warranty concerns, while coordinating with regional procurement teams.
