- Assist clients with inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.

- Track account performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple account assignments effectively.
