- Assist customers with inquiries related to healthcare services and products.
- Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information to clients.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve client issues promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: At least 1year Healthcare account experience with 2 years international account experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in a call center environment, particularly in healthcare
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic and patient in handling customer concerns
