Pre-Sales Engineer

Description - Perform requirements discovery with partners and/or end-customers.
- Design right-sized print and scanning solutions (device mix, volumes, media, accessories)
- Prepare and delivery product demos, solution presentations and Proof-of-Concepts for partners' corporate and government accounts
- Train reseller sales and technical teams on product features and competitive positioning
- Work with Channel Account Manager and Sales Operations Coordinator to validate forecasts for key projects if needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years in pre-sales, technical sales or product specialist roles (printers, copiers, IT solutions or similar)
- Solid understanding of multi-function devices, drivers, basic IT infrastructure and document workflows

- Can explain technical concepts to non-technical users
