Job Requirements
• At least High School graduate; Hospitality or related course is an advantage
• With experience as a Bartender (Japanese restaurant experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and basic mixology
• Familiarity with Japanese drinks (sake, whisky, highballs) is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance and strong customer service attitude
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (cocktails, highballs, mocktails, etc.)
• Recommend drinks that complement Japanese cuisine
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock replenishment
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow safety standards
• Engage with guests and provide a welcoming dining experience
• Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
