We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Bartender who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and mixing drinks in a fine dining environment. This position comes with SERVICE CHARGE, FREE MEALS, AND TIPS.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers with speed and efficiency
- Ensure consistently high-quality cocktails by following recipes and using proper measuring techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and in good condition
- Provide excellent customer service, offering recommendations and engaging with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Bartender
- Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and bartending techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
