- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of bartending experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, upselling abilities, and outstanding customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar cleanliness, and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and capable of working under pressure while multitasking effectively.
