- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory and stock levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash management.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of bartending experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Upselling and communication skills necessary to engage with patrons effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic coffee knowledge to prepare and serve coffee-based beverages.
