- Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a clean and organized bar area, maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on preferences.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper accounting of all sales.
- Upsell beverages and food items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of bartending experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and effective customer service skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude towards work.
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and during evenings and weekends.
