Description - Source candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and their application statuses.
- Provide feedback and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
