Description - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
