- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and role requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Job Requirements
- m Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
