- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and collecting feedback.
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of recruitment or related experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of recruitment metrics and best practices.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
