Manager, Source-to-Contract, APAC

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager for Source-to-Contract in the Asia-Pacific region to lead operational delivery of strategic sourcing and contracting activities. The role oversees team performance, manages procurement operations, and partners across functions to align sourcing with business objectives and category strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct performance reviews for individual contributors and supervisors on the team
- Oversee workflow, performance metrics, compliance, and achievement of service level targets
- Partner with category, legal, compliance, and marketing teams on sourcing strategy alignment and risk management
- Lead sourcing events, price negotiations, contract drafting, and stakeholder management activities
- Drive continuous improvement in user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness of assigned functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification required
- 10+ years of procurement, finance, or related business experience
- Experience leading large teams in complex matrixed or service delivery structures
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with disciplined long-term planning ability
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
- Learning agility and comfort with ambiguity and organizational change
- Preferred: sourcing/contracting process knowledge and shared services industry background
