Senior Manager/ Director Regional Head Regulatory APAC - South East Asia

Cencora seeks a Senior Manager/Director to lead regulatory affairs operations across Southeast Asia. The role combines strategic regulatory consulting with team leadership, overseeing complex client programs and developing regulatory professionals while driving regional business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic regulatory consulting and leadership on global, regional, and local programs
- Lead and develop a regional team of regulatory professionals, ensuring performance and engagement
- Drive client service delivery, business development, and regional growth initiatives
- Oversee regulatory submissions, authorizations, and communications with health authorities
- Support workforce planning, resource management, and capability development across the region
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
- Proven track record leading, developing, and retaining diverse teams
- Experience managing and growing client relationships and business opportunities
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring of employees at multiple seniority levels
- University degree in Life Sciences
- Strong understanding of organizational development and talent management
- Knowledge of regulatory processes for medicinal products and medical devices
