GS APAC Regulatory Information Administrator-1

Johnson & Johnson Global Services seeks a Regulatory Information Administrator to support the APAC MedTech Regulatory Affairs team in Manila. The role involves managing regulatory data systems, maintaining compliance records, and coordinating with regional markets to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain regulatory impact assessments and license information in MDRiM system
- Extract and analyze required information from multiple data sources per requests
- Create and maintain regulatory databases and trackers for data accuracy
- Coordinate with APAC markets to ensure accurate data representation
- Support regulatory forecasting and execution planning activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or Marketing
- 3+ years professional experience in medical device, surgical, or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, CSV, and Power BI with relational database knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and compliance
- Experience in data administration within the medical field
