Assistant Manager, Go to Market (Contract)

Go-to-Market Planning & Execution

• Support the development and execution of integrated go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities.
• Own and maintain the GTM calendar, ensuring alignment across key milestones, product launches, campaigns, and stakeholder deliverables.
• Coordinate GTM tools, meetings, and communication cascades to ensure clear alignment across teams.
• Support stakeholders in tracking key deadlines, deliverables, and launch readiness activities.

New Article Code (NAC) Management

• Lead the end-to-end New Article Code (NAC) creation process to support seasonal launches and product ranging requirements.
• Own and manage the country hyperlocal product calendar, ensuring timely execution and alignment with market priorities.
• Develop and coordinate product design briefs and oversee contracting with external partners and agencies.
• Oversee the NAC creation process, ensuring product information is accurate, complete, and delivered within agreed timelines to support successful product launches.

In-Season Business Support

• Partner with channel teams to support in-season execution and commercial performance.
• Coordinate campaign readiness activities to ensure products launch on time and in full across all channels.
• Consolidate and analyze campaign and sell-through reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and communication of pricing updates and adjustments when required.
• Track product performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address executional challenges.

GTM Operations & Project Coordination

• Support the development and management of GTM files, templates, trackers, and planning tools.
• Monitor order deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required actions.
• Coordinate sample management processes, ensuring product samples are tracked and available for key business needs.
• Lead showroom setup and maintenance to support seasonal showcases, sell-in meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Drive operational excellence through effective project management, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key point of contact between GTM and channel stakeholders, extending to activation teams.
• Facilitate regular status updates and ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Build collaborative partnerships to ensure smooth execution of GTM initiatives and business priorities.

Reporting & Insights

• Maintain reporting dashboards and trackers to monitor launch readiness and business performance.
• Analyze sell-through and campaign performance data and provide recommendations to optimize future GTM initiatives.
• Support post-launch reviews and capture learnings to improve execution effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Operations, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Sales Operations, or a related function.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with product lifecycle processes, article creation, assortment planning, or retail/consumer goods operations is preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
