Procurement Ops Analyst, EMEA/APAC

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes division seeks a Procurement Operations Analyst in Manila to support procurement programs, processes, and supplier activities across EMEA/APAC regions. The role involves executing procurement procedures, analyzing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement projects, programs, and operational processes aligned with category strategies
- Execute foundational procurement procedures, plans, and day-to-day activities
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and support procurement decision-making
- Assist with implementing procurement initiatives and continuous improvement programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support procurement solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or Operations
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in procurement or business operations
- Understanding of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or finance principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in team environments
