As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive integrated marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate user acquisition across the Philippines. Job Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the company's marketing strategy, integrated campaign execution, brand growth, and local marketing operations for the Philippines market. Reporting to executive leadership, this role will oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives, manage internal marketing teams and external agencies, and ensure all campaigns support business growth while complying with local financial advertising regulations.

This position serves as the key marketing leader for the Philippines, bridging local market execution with regional business objectives to maximize brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives and market expansion plans.
• Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, brand activation, and performance marketing.
• Identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive insights to strengthen market positioning.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the local marketing team while driving campaign performance and professional growth.
• Oversee relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, PR firms, influencers, and external creative vendors.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders, product teams, operations, and public affairs to ensure consistent brand execution.
• Ensure all marketing communications comply with Philippine financial advertising regulations and corporate governance standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Filipino national.
• Minimum 6–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and brand growth initiatives.
• Experience managing marketing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in FinTech, Digital Lending, Financial Services, Digital Banking, Technology, E-commerce, or other high-growth consumer businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and consumer acquisition.
• Familiarity with marketing compliance within regulated industries is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.
