Position: Brand Marketing Head
Company Industry: Digital Entertainment/Online Gaming Company
Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary Offer: Php100,000-Php150,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday
Work Set Up: Work onsite
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder
With at least 6-8 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications.
With experience in leading or managing brand department is a plus
With experience working in fintech, sports betting, gaming or digital platform industries is an advantage
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals
Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visuals across all platforms (online and offline)
Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions
Support the Head of Brand in managing daily operations of the marketing and brand team
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance support to team members
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams for a unified brand direction
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth and positioning opportunities
Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
