We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Ads Specialist (META) with strong marketing strategy skills to manage and scale campaigns for Australian clients.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Scale high-performing conversion campaigns
- Lead creative testing and strategy
- Manage budgets and improve ROAS, CPA, and overall performance
- Provide strategic insights beyond ads (funnels, targeting, messaging)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in paid media / digital marketing
- Proven experience with:
- Meta Ads (conversion campaigns, scaling, creatives)
- Performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Experience with Australian clients
- Strong marketing management & strategy background
- Agency or multi-client experience preferred
Work Setup
- 100% Remote (Work from Home)
- Independent Contractor
- Must be comfortable working on AU timezone
