About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to support the financial and commercial operations of a growing international business.
This role goes beyond traditional accounting—you’ll play a key part in analyzing performance, building financial models, and helping leaders make better business decisions .
What You’ll Do
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports
- Analyze revenue, costs, and margins
- Turn data into clear insights and recommendations
Financial Analysis & Modelling
- Build financial models and pricing tools
- Perform scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Operational & Performance Analysis
- Review staff utilisation and service performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
- Support planning for resources and capacity
Reporting Improvements
- Help design and improve reporting processes
- Ensure reports are accurate, clear, and actionable
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years experience in Management Accounting, Finance, or Financial Analysis
- Background in Managed Services, Consulting, or project-based environments (required)
- Strong skills in Excel and financial modelling
- Experience with reporting, forecasting, and data analysis
- Ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Self-starter who can work independently
Work Setup
- Remote (Philippines-based)
- Must be able to overlap with Australian business hours
