Role Description
As an Operations Manager at Blue Mountain, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations, managing supply chain and inventory, and leading the coordination between departments to ensure efficient execution of business goals. This full-time position is based on-site at our Parañaque location. Key responsibilities include supervising staff performance, developing strategic operational plans, monitoring budgets and resources, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Mentoring & coaching of Area Managers
- Allocate sales target
- Monitor and analyze sales trend per area
- Create a strategized performance in coordination with the Immediate Superior for an effective improvement in sales growth
- Coordinates a training program based on operation's need
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones
- Prepares reports on their suitability and make recommendations on staff attendance and training courses suitable per position
- Design new tools on development of Operations' section; preparation and presentation of reports, improvement of service, structure, and other operations best practice suited to company's need
- Conducts regular store visits to check store's compliance on implemented Marketing and Merchandising promotions and store operation's standard operating procedures
- Review performances of Area Managers, Area Supervisors, and provide an objective evaluation on annual basis
- Validate recommendations and endorsements of Area Managers and Area Supervisors of any OICs line up for promotion through various tools such as compliance in all reports submitted, attendance, adherence to company rules and regulations, psychological examinations, and other citations and awards received
- Releases distribution of monthly incentives of Area Manager/Area Supervisors/Outlet staff and prepares recommendation for final approval
- In charge with the computation and preparation of budget to be use by store operations team for trainings, seminar, store set ups and general assembly
- Review incident reports submitted by subordinates and make decisions through proper channel
- Professionally coordinate with Third Party providers on concerns and needs of operations
- Strictly monitor complete manpower assignment to ensure right candidate are positioned to outlet
- Communicates on a regular basis with HRAD to discuss functions such as manpower compliance and other employee-related concerns
- Coordinates with SM personnel and BM department heads on any concerns linked to store operations
- Monitor and evaluate outlet stocks inventory and variances
