Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations to achieve service levels, quality, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Manage client relationships, business reviews, and escalations
- Oversee workforce planning, hiring, retention, and team development
- Drive operational efficiencies and continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of Operations Management experience in an Outbound Collections BPO environment
- Proven experience managing KPIs, SLAs, workforce planning, and operational performance
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management experience
- Background in budgeting, financial performance, and manpower planning
- Experience driving process improvements and business transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
