Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome shoppers, answer inquiries, explain product features, and provide tailored recommendations.
Product Demonstration: Show how items work through live demos or samples to persuade customers to buy.
Merchandising & Display: Set up promotional booths, clean counters, replenish stock on shelves, and ensure products look neat and appealing.
Sales Targets: Actively pitch products to hit daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas.
Inventory & Reporting: Track stock levels, conduct daily counts, and submit sales or inventory reports to supervisors.
