About the role

Responsible for customer's overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer's needs, recommending suitable apparel based on customer's needs, and offering an alternative to customers. Actively maintains a global brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and understand customer needs

• Recommend suitable apparel based on customer needs

• Promote sales through positive customer service efforts

• Keep the store organized and clean

• Lead and manage store meetings

• Manage daily store operations

• Responsible for operation reports

• Lead the team in achieving target sales

About you

• SHS or Graduate of a 4-year course

• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a retail/clothing store

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment

• Enjoys interacting with different types of people

• Flexible in work schedule and location
