About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Agent to join the team at 8Sphere Distribution Corp. in Baguio City, Benguet. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving our retail operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our business, representing our brand and products whilst building meaningful relationships with customers. This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and maintaining the high standards of service that define 8Sphere Distribution Corp.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and providing assistance in identifying and selecting products that meet their needs

• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems

• Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns

• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment

• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively and in accordance with company standards

• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty

• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective product knowledge and persuasive communication

• Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating issues when necessary

• Operating cash registers and managing payment methods whilst maintaining accuracy

• Staying informed about current promotions, product updates and company policies

What we're looking for

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping customers

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse customer groups

• Demonstrated sales experience or proven ability to meet targets in a retail environment

• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to attendance

• The ability to work as part of a team whilst also taking personal initiative

• Basic numeracy skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems or similar technology

• A professional appearance and positive attitude towards representing the 8Sphere Distribution Corp. brand

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as stocking and lifting

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
