Operation Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate asset printing and supervise on-site installations for quality.
- Conduct site visits for condition checks and client "proof of posting" photos.
- Maintain a real-time database of available and occupied ad spaces.
- Manage all the requirements to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Secure government permits and ensure all local regulations are followed.
- Rapidly resolve site damage, vandalism, or electrical failures.
Job Requirements
- College or vocational course graduate.
- 1 year experience in the field.
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently to various outdoor sites for inspections and installation oversight.
- Previous experience in outdoor advertising, signage, or field operations is highly preferred.
