E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Requirements
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field
• Tech-savvy and knowledgeable in social media platforms
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred but not required)
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and can work under minimal supervision
Responsibilities
1. Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok)
2. Handle e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada – including
product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory
3. Process and prepare online orders – ensuring accuracy and timely
fulfillment
4. Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages across platforms in a
professional and timely manner
5. Monitor and track daily sales, returns, and issues
6. Create weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, customer
trends, and campaign results
7. Assist in content creation such as posting schedules, captions, and campaign
ideas
8. Coordinate with the team on marketing strategies and online promotions
9. Coordinate with online platforms and other service providers for campaigns,
deals, and other promotional activities
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
