CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (MAKATI CITY)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and proactive
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams
Must have the following requirements: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate personalized customer engagement activities, including birthdays, anniversaries, gifts, and special occasions.
Support customer satisfaction surveys and program evaluations to improve customer experience.
Assist in organizing and executing customer events and lifestyle activities.
Maintain customer lounges, amenities, and hospitality services to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
Monitor customer gifts, tokens, and supplies, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of activities and events.
