Accounting Assistant/Hybrid Setup/Makati

An Accounting Assistant provides essential support to an accounting department, performing clerical and administrative tasks related to financial transactions and records. They assist with bookkeeping, data entry, invoice processing, and financial record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Data Entry: Entering financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Invoice Processing: Processing invoices from vendors and customers.
- Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy.
- Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll processing and related tasks.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing and assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Budgeting: Assisting with budget preparation and analysis.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Work location : Makati
Job type : Hybrid Setup 2x a week in the office the 3 days work from home
Preferably residing in Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasay, San Juan and Quezon City
SALARY RANGE: 16k to 20k
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 p.m.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
- At least one (1) year work experience in Financial and General Accounting
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and business solutions (i.e. QuickBooks)
- High attention to detail and can work under minimal supervision
